Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
• Design and implement application of SOP (Standard of Procedure)
• Control the application of SOP and system audit
• Prepare documentation such as process flow diagrams, program specifications,
configuration guides, etc.
• Identify, analyze and resolve system problems
• Review, analyze and develop systems tools effectiveness and efficiency
• Collect data, understand the objectives and process of a system and
translate it into company requirements.
Requirements
• Female, S1 preferably from Industrial Engineering, Computer Science
or Management
• High analytical skill and fast learner
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high responsibility
• Good in English, spoken and written
TECHNICAL SUPPORT (TS)
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Create and develop company/HR policies and procedures
• Create and implement HR program, such as recruitment system, performance

all necessary HR documentations
• Responsible for all HR activities
• Manage day-to-day employees’ issues
Requirements
• Female, S1 in Psychology or Law or any relevant discipline from reputable
university
• Min 1 year experience in HR
• Good knowledge of labor Act and industrial relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Fluency in English, written and oral, will be an advantage

ADMIN SALES (ADM)
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Provide accounting reports periodically
• Liaise with relevant personnel to ensure collection and analyze report
• Maintain ledgers / statements / accounts and input accounting entries
• Maintain cost allocation of expenses and handle other accounting / administrative
work
• Prepare accounts, budget forecast and ensure availability of accurate
accounting information for management reference
• Implement company accounting policies and procedures
Requirements
• Female, D3 or S1 in Accounting
• Excellent knowledge and application of accounting
• Excellent technical skill in accounting rules
• Good computer application and strong analytical skill
